RESERVATION PRIVACY POLICY

When making a reservation at The Sober Social, we collect the following information:

  • Name and contact information (phone number, email address)

  • Party size and special requests

  • Payment information for reservation fees

  • Dietary restrictions or accessibility needs

  • Confirm and manage your reservation

  • Send reservation confirmations and reminders

  • Process reservation fees and payments

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Requirements

  • All reservations require a non-refundable $15 per person reservation fee

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our approved booking system

  • Maximum party size restrictions may apply

  • Reservation fees are charged at time of booking

 

Reservation Fee Policy

  • NON-REFUNDABLE: The $15 per person reservation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

  • NO CALL, NO SHOW: Failure to appear for your reservation or cancel within the required timeframe results in forfeiture of the entire reservation fee

  • CREDIT TOWARD BILL: Reservation fees will be credited toward your final bill when you honor your reservation

  • LATE ARRIVALS: Parties arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their reservation and reservation fee

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before reservation time will result in forfeiture of reservation fee

  • No-shows will forfeit the entire reservation fee

  • Modifications to party size must be made at least 4 hours in advance

 

Payment Terms

  • BILL SPLITTING: Bills cannot be split among multiple parties

  • PAYMENT METHODS: Final bills may be paid with a maximum of two (2) forms of payment

  • RESERVATION FEE CREDIT: Your reservation fee will be deducted from your final bill total

  • GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion

 

Seating and Time Limits

  • Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time

  • Seating is subject to a 90-minute time limit during peak hours

  • We cannot guarantee specific table requests but will accommodate when possible

 

House Rules and Conduct

  • The Sober Social is a non-alcoholic establishment

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund

  • We reserve the right to refuse service

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the premises

 

Special Accommodations

  • Please inform us of dietary restrictions or accessibility needs at time of booking

  • We will make reasonable accommodations when possible

  • Service animals are welcome

 

Liability and Disclaimers

  • The Sober Social is not responsible for personal property loss or damage

  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions; please inform staff of all allergies

  • Management reserves the right to modify policies with reasonable notice

 

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies

  • In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule when possible

 

Disputes and Governing Law

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration

  • These terms are governed by [Your State] law

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect
