​Non-Refundable Event Deposit Policy

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is 50%- 100% of the total event cost and must be paid within 30days of booking confirmation.

Non-Refundable Terms

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Event cancellation by the client for any reason

  • Postponement or rescheduling requests

  • Reduction in guest count or event scope

  • Weather-related cancellations (unless venue is physically inaccessible)

  • Personal emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Vendor availability issues on the client's end

  • Changes in financial circumstances

  • Military deployment or relocation

  • Acts of God or force majeure events

Deposit Application

The deposit will be applied toward your final event balance. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the event date.

Event Changes and Modifications

While the deposit is non-refundable, we understand that event details may need to be adjusted:

  • Date Changes: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees

  • Venue Changes: May require additional deposits or payments

  • Service Modifications: Adjustments to services may result in price changes

  • Guest Count Changes: Final headcount must be confirmed 20 days  before the event

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your event:

  1. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances

  2. Written notice of cancellation must be provided

  3. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be subject to separate refund terms outlined in your service agreement

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, etc.) that prevent us from providing services:

  • We will work with you to reschedule when possible

  • The deposit may be applied to a future event within 12 months.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only when we cannot provide alternative solutions

Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this non-refundable deposit policy. This policy is part of your service agreement and is legally binding.
