Re-writing the Subconscious mind
The Program
The Subconscious mind is where all of your life experiences are downloaded. This occurs even before you come through your mothers birth canal. What does this mean? well, what ever feelings and energy mom was subject to while nurturing you, begin to silently write its first code and every life experience after that. But don’t be afraid you are not constricted down by this code, well once you become aware of it you can begin to re-write the programs that are not in sync with what you are desiring to do. 4 things The Secret Left Out.
For instance when you were little and your first experience of wandering towards a large body of water, mom may have yelled or screamed telling you “don’t you ever go that close to the water again” instilling fear or writing the fear of water program into the subconscious mind. When you are driving a car at the same time thinking of all the things you need to accomplish and what’s for dinner, your mind is wandering all around drowned in thoughts. That is the conscious mind, but it is the subconscious mind that is all the while driving the car.
Bad vs Good
Most people would love to believe that if they just strengthen their conscious mind it can be more powerful than the subconscious mind. Let me be the first to break the news to you, it will never happen. Instead of draining your energy trying to accomplish the impossible, what if I told you that these 2 conscious minds are friends and should not cancel each other out, but work in harmony with each other. Yes, that’s right they were made for each other and if they are in sync with one another they are the perfect duo.
Re-writing the Subconscious mind
Believe it or not one of the best ways to bring about harmony between the two is meditation. Meditation aligns the Subconscious with the Conscious mind so that they can work towards the same goals. Another way to re-write the code of the Subconscious mind is to start creating small habits like for instance if your program is being inconsistent, creating a realistic task and or schedule that you can stick to.
Keep it light you don’t want to overwhelm yourself because under stress. The mind will pull from a previously programmed habit. Stick to a simple schedule even if it’s making your bed every morning no matter what. There are so many different ways of reprogramming your subconscious so that it gives you exactly what you desire.
